APW Glazing was established in 2002 and grew into one of the UK's trusted high-rise glazing and façade installers, delivering for Tier 1 contractors including Wates, Berkeley Group, Willmott Dixon, Hill Partnerships and Caddick. That work is unforgiving: live sites, tight programmes, rigorous quality assurance and no tolerance for excuses.
APW Facilities exists because our clients kept asking the same question: once the building is handed over, who looks after it properly? Estate and facilities managers told us the same story again and again. Contractors who subcontract everything, reports that never arrive, and nobody willing to take ownership when something goes wrong.
We brought our site disciplines into maintenance. Directly employed, accredited operatives. Digital job records with photographic evidence. Method statements and permits done properly. Monthly reporting that tells you the truth about your buildings. It is not complicated, it just takes discipline that most maintenance providers never built.
Today we manage 20 to 30 contracts and schemes at any one time with a workforce of over 100 accredited operatives holding SSSTS, SMSTS and NVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications, supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems.
