Why planned maintenance pays for itself

Most estates spend too much on reactive repairs because nobody is looking after the basics. A door closer that never gets adjusted becomes a door that fails. A blocked gutter becomes a damp problem two floors down. Planned maintenance catches these things while they are still cheap.

We start with a condition survey and build an asset register that reflects what is actually in your buildings, not what the old paperwork says. From that we agree a schedule of inspections and servicing, priced line by line so you can see exactly where the money goes.

How we run it

Every task is issued to a named operative with a defined scope. Work is logged and photographed on completion through our FieldView-based system, the same digital quality assurance we use on Tier 1 construction sites. At month end you receive a clear report: what was planned, what was done, and anything we found that needs attention.

Over time the data does the talking. Recurring faults get engineered out, budgets become predictable, and your reactive spend falls year on year.
