The gap between a handyman and a main contractor

Every estate has projects that are too big for a maintenance visit and too small to interest a main contractor: a floor refurbishment, a shopfront replacement programme, a reconfiguration to suit a new tenant. That work often ends up poorly scoped, loosely priced and delivered without supervision.

We run minor works with the same commercial controls as our site contracts. You get a fixed quotation against a written scope, RAMS and permits before anyone starts, a named supervisor while work is under way, and a handover pack with O&M information and photographs when it is done.

Built for occupied buildings

Almost all of our project work happens in buildings that stay open. Phased working, out-of-hours delivery, dust and noise control and clear communication with occupants are standard practice, not extras. The job is only right if the building kept working while we did it.
